As Justworks’ product narrative has evolved to better meet the needs of our customers, we needed our website to reflect our shift from multi-product to platform experience.
Phase 2 - Copy
The next step was to refresh our visuals, layout, and content across the most highly trafficked website pages, including product pages, features, solutions, and our new platform page. Across each page, the goal was feature value-led messaging that touched on how we helped customers as their businesses evolved.
Phase 1 - Nav/Site Architecture
I worked with Product Marketing Management, the Website team, and our external agency to develop a new site nav that reflected our product story. and capabilities.
